about

OUR APPROACH

Your body is intricately and wonderfully made. Sometimes the normal activities of life can begin to take a toll on the body, causing us pain. At Eden’s Touch Therapy, we focus on facilitating the body’s natural healing process by listening to your body and letting it show us any fascial tissue restrictions that might be the source of your pain.

To best help the body release, we spend time finding what might be causing this restriction in your body and this can vary from one person to the next. It might be a fascia restriction, a knotted muscle, scar tissue, injured tissue, or some kind of trauma – physical and/or emotional.

Once our therapist finds that restriction, we use a combination of therapy techniques to help facilitate the release. One way we do this is through very light touch that hooks into the body’s fascia so it can release at its own pace.

We believe that everyone has their own unique path to healing. Here at Eden’s Touch Therapy, we are committed to assisting your body’s healing process so you might rediscover a better quality of life.

Her focus is to facilitate the natural healing process of the body, finding the root cause of the pain.  One of her specialties is getting the body to reveal where trauma is hidden in tissue and then encourage that tissue to release the trauma so healing can take place.

Diane is truly passionate about her work.  She loves to witness how the body, with a little facilitation from the practitioner, knows how to heal itself.  This results in decreased symptoms of illness, disease, pain and discomfort, as well as an increase in energy and improved emotional, mental and spiritual well being.

When Diane isn’t working, you will find her in the company of friends and family, walking her dog, reading, or taking care of the yard and garden.

Diane mainly works out of a location in Missouri but occasionally does appointments in Minnesota.
